Anyone with a big ol' God dream. The home has 5 guest suites - so if you are an individual or a couple ready to bring that dream to life, I'd love for you to apply.

The answer to this will depend on where you are traveling from. You are responsible for transport from your home to The Bear Cave at Eagles Nest in Banner Elk, NC. Selected applicants will receive free lodging and meals. The Bear Cave is just over 2 hours from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Once we know who is attending, we can try to connect fliers to share rental cars if needed.

Comfy clothes, notebooks, laptop, journal, Bible, hiking shoes if you want to go exploring, swim suit if you want to enjoy the hot tub. You are welcome to bring snacks - although I am notorious for always preparing too much food!

For the past several years I have hosted a cabin weekend in the mountains for friends during the holiday season. Last year, I knew in my spirit it was my last. The Lord was shifting alignments in my life. Removing the old to make way for the new. Through a series of experiences only the Lord could orchestrate, it became clear to me in 2024 this weekend in December was for birthing God dreams! Playing a part in launching your dream is my dream. And I truly believe I can help you get things off the ground!
You guys we were created to be on the forefront in EVERY aspect of life and culture. We are created in HIS image with all power and authority - It is time to step into our gifts and lead culture, rather than confront it!

The cabin is located in the Eagles Nest Community of Banner Elk, NC. All of the roads are paved so it is pretty easy driving - for the mountains that is! If you'd like to see more pictures of the cabin you can check it out here: https://www.blueridgerentals.com/rentals/the-bear-cave-at-eagles-nest

I know. No one loves homework! BUT, there are a few key reasons I need you guys to give me some specifics:
I want to be sure to select dreamers who are truly ready to launch or expand. Dreamers who are willing and ready to roll up their sleeves and put in the work. I've found to be successful in anything, it is best to at least start putting it down on paper first.
I want to prepare for YOU! I believe in doing things with excellence. This is going to be an awesome weekend of fellowship and community - and it is also going to be a weekend of strategic action! I am going to be doing my homework and showing up prepared to really help you individually so I need your current status and future goals in hand so that I can best do that.

There are no strict guidelines for this. In fact, I love to see your personality shine through. This is, after all, the dream the Lord laid on your heart - not mine! It should absolutely be a reflection of you, your style and personality! But, if you want some pointers, here are some things to consider sharing with me:
A short paragraph of the dream. This may be your mission statement, your business plan overview, your vision. Let me know what you're going after.
What have you done so far? Is this an established business/ministry? Are you starting from scratch?
What areas do you need the most help in? Anything goes here - don't be shy!
What does success look like? We never want to limit what God may do through your dream...so just give me a quick view of your hopes!
Last but not least: What is your reason? Your why?
And anything else you think might help me best understand where you're at and where you're headed so that I can help!

Well, guys...this is the God part of this. We never know how He will grow this! I do have some ideas: I'd love to do a follow up bootcamp - in person or virtually in 6 months for this first group. I plan to check in with y'all on a monthly basis to see how things are going. My hope is we all connect and encourage each other through texts, chats and prayer once we go home!
After that...my big dream is to grow this....More on that in the next question...

I've had a vision for quite some time for 50+ acres of land in the western North Carolina mountains. I see little, super cute tiny homes that I get to design in all different styles. I see a community kitchen and giant fire pit. Long range mountain views...and PEOPLE. So many people. Gathering in this place to birth, establish, grow and learn. I envision bringing in game-changers in areas I am not the pro in to lead intensives on anything from web design, to marketing to fundraising and more. I see quiet retreats where kingdom shakers can get away from the dreams they are building and just hang out with Jesus in His creation. I see hundreds - even thousands - of ministries, movements and businesses launching out of this space. And I see the Father looking down smiling at His people seeking to co-labor with Him in doing the extraordinary across the globe!
Let’s Expand the Kingdom Together!
